Exp – 10 to 20 yrs
Should be a Corporate Lawyer
Must have Business Development Skills
Only Tier 1 Law Firm candidates preferred.

As a Partner, you will operate as an independent business owner with the backing of an established firm. This role is designed for individuals with a clear business plan, a strong client network, and a drive to build a profitable practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Leadership: Develop and execute a business plan to grow your practice area, leveraging your expertise and network.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Utilize your existing relationships and business development skills to attract and retain clients.
Revenue Generation: Focus on building a profitable practice, with an emphasis on profitability over top-line growth.
Collaboration: Work alongside other partners and support staff, sharing resources and expertise to enhance client service and firm growth.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the firm’s overall strategy, providing insights and leadership to drive collective success.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Proven track record in legal practice with a focus on business development and client acquisition.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to operate independently while contributing to a collective firm strategy.
Business Plan: Clear vision for prac ce growth, including market analysis, client targeting, and revenue projections.
Client Network: Established relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
