Position Overview
We are looking for fresh law graduates (2024 or 2025 batch) who are passionate about financial law and dispute resolution to join us as Legal Consultants. This is a full-time, in-office role, ideal for entry-level professionals seeking hands-on experience and growth in the legal field. Candidates must be residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana and fluent in Telugu and English.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including settlement agreements, notices, and client correspondence.
- Support negotiation and dispute resolution processes with financial institutions and clients.
- Prepare case summaries and maintain legal documentation.
- Stay updated on legal developments related to debt recovery and financial laws.
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide legal assistance under supervision.
- Contribute to business development by identifying and onboarding new clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings at the office.
Who Can Apply?
- Fresh graduates (2024 or 2025 batch) with a BBA LLB (5-year integrated) or LL.B. (3-year program).
- Basic understanding of contract law, banking regulations, and financial dispute resolution (internship experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Good research and drafting skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) and English is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana who can work from our office.
