We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Executive to join our team as a key member of our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and managing legal risks. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious legal professional to join a dynamic and growing company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the CEO, management team, and other stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s interests are protected.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes and claims in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Collaborate with external counsel and other advisors as needed.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or commercial law firm.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, employment law, intellectual property law, and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the coworking or shared office space industry.
- Familiarity with startup and entrepreneurial environments.
- Certification in a relevant area of law (e.g. intellectual property, employment law).
