Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting property agreements, sale deeds, lease agreements, and builder-buyer contracts
- Managing land acquisition documentation and ensuring compliance with local RERA & property laws
- Handling legal notices, property disputes, and liaising with external legal counsel
- Maintaining all legal records and ensuring title due diligence
- Representing the company in court matters, if required.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or property law
- Strong knowledge of local land laws, RERA, and registration processes in Jammu & Kashmir
- Excellent legal drafting, research, and negotiation skills
- Must be able to work independently with high ethical standards
