About the Job Opportunity
SpotDraft is recruiting a Senior Associate for its Legal Operations team. As a part of the Legal Operations team, you will be working on various contract management projects for multiple clients. You will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects and provide strategic guidance to teams in ways that promote the company culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract management projects related to the abstraction of key information, capturing risks & obligations as per the client requirements.
- Reviewing & redlining various contracts.
- Performing quality checks for team members.
- Proactive communication with internal team and clients, ensuring all client requirements are met and reports are submitted on time.
- Manage and exceed customer expectations.
- Provide SME support to the team.
- Focus on accuracy and a first-time-right approach to avoid any rework.
- Handle team queries.
- Helping clients design their contract automation process.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Law graduate with strong academics from a reputed institute recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in contract management, including reviewing and abstraction of various contracts.
- Time management – ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple project activities.
- Exposure to tools for legal research, contract management, etc.
- Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be results-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor.
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
