Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Associate. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, researching and analyzing legal issues, and providing guidance on compliance and regulatory matters. They will collaborate with other teams to address legal challenges and ensure practices align with regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
Expertise in Law and thorough understanding of Legal Issues
Proven skills in Legal Document Preparation
Strong Analytical Skills for legal research and problem-solving
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification; postgraduate legal education is a plus
Familiarity with financial regulations and consumer rights advocacy is an advantage
