About the Job Opportunity
- Possess expertise in property title chains, property laws and mortgage laws with expertise and experience in affordable loans and LAP
- Formulate region specific policies pertaining to collateral and devise streamlined & effective processes for legal assessment.
- Cross functional training session.
- Audit Resolutions for Internal Audit Department
- Detect and analyze gaps in case of any frauds related to property documents.
- Physically visit the authorities for verification of collateral.
- Maintain hygiene in region portfolio
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years PQE of Legal with expertise in titles and mortgage laws in secured lending segment specific in LAP (SME) / HL.
- LLB/LLM.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to execute strategies and opportunities to improve overall efficiency
- Well verse with operations and technologies.
