About the Job Opportunity
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Legal Associate located in India. The Senior Legal Associate will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and representing the company in legal matters. The role involves close collaboration with different departments to ensure legal strategies align with business goals. The successful candidate will manage external legal consultants and advise on corporate governance policies.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Legal Research, Legal Documentation, and Contract Review
- Experience in Compliance Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Governance
- Skills in Litigation Management, Legal Counsel, and Risk Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LLB or LLM)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the EV or manufacturing industry
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
