Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohania for a Branch Legal Head. The Branch Legal Head will oversee legal compliance and actively manage legal matters for the branch. Responsibilities include providing legal consultations, preparing legal documents, handling legal disputes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The role demands proactive engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders to address and resolve legal issues effectively.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law and experience in handling Legal Issues
Proficiency in Legal Compliance and Legal Consulting
Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and related processes
Ability to effectively manage and resolve various legal challenges and negotiations
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
Familiarity with financial services or lending industry regulations is a plus
Law degree with relevant experience in legal or financial fields
