About the Job Opportunity
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Retainer Advocate. The Retainer Advocate will handle a variety of legal tasks including drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, representing the company in court, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to support business operations and address legal matters promptly.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Experience in representing clients in legal proceedings
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
- Previous experience in a financial services company is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
