Role description

1.Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with regulatory authorities (MCA, ROC, SEBI, etc.)

2.Draft board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes for Board and Committee meetings

3.Support in organizing Board, General, and Committee meetings in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013

4.Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure timely updates

5.Help ensure compliance with corporate laws, secretarial standards, and internal policies

6.Assist in the preparation of annual reports and disclosures

7.Liaise with regulatory bodies, consultants, and internal stakeholders as required

8.Support in handling ROC, RBI, and other regulatory filings and inspections

9.Conduct legal and compliance research as required by the management

Requirements:

1.Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) – recent graduates or candidates awaiting membership are welcome

2. 0–1 year of post-qualification experience; prior internship or training with a reputed firm/company is a plus

3.Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable SEBI regulations

4.Good drafting, communication, and organizational skills

5.High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

6.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
