Job Responsibilities:
Drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements/Contracts and MOU’s such as Term Sheets, MSA, PPA, NDA, Tolling Agreements etc.
· Draft, review, negotiate and advise other teams (when necessary) on sales and marketing contracts, master service agreement, modules supply agreement and various contracts.
· Coordinate legal action with external counsel under the supervision and guidance of supervisor including for handling various litigations and IP related matters.
· Other Legal Assignments;
– Oversee the legal division of the company and supervise the in-house counsel
– Coordinate significant contractual affairs, legal proceedings, and legal requirements
– Coordinate with external law firms.
· Knowledge of Industrial laws as are applicable to the Solar business and the Agro-Chemicals business will be an added advantage.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Experience- Minimum 2-3 years.
- Qualification – LLB (LLM will be an added advantage)
