About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Legal Executive with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our legal team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and managing various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and company policies. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with a sound understanding of corporate legal practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents including agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and internal policies.
- Ensure all legal documents are in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and provide legal input on business operations.
- Support legal due diligence and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Assist in managing and mitigating legal risks by advising the company on relevant legal issues.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies when necessary.
- Maintain records of all legal documentation and correspondence.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution (LLM preferred).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate or legal firm setting.
- Strong understanding of contract law and corporate legal procedures.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
