About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful CRM Legal professional to strengthen our legal and client operations. This role will serve as the face of the legal function in front of clients, government bodies, legal advisors, and courts. It requires an individual who can manage contractual documentation, court liaisoning, legal follow-ups, and compliance workflows, while ensuring a smooth client experience through every phase of a transaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Legal Documentation & Support
- Draft and review key legal documents such as LOIs, Lease Agreements, Licensing Contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and Registration Deeds.
- Coordinate timely stamping, registration, and notarization of documents with relevant authorities and registrars.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure legal document control and compliance with real estate regulations.
Client & Legal Liaisoning
- Act as a single point of legal contact for clients, managing communication on contracts, compliance, and timelines.
- Liaise regularly with client legal teams, internal departments, and Quattro’s legal advisors for document execution and issue resolution.
- Represent the company during site visits, handovers, and in meetings where legal clarity is required.
Court & Government Liaison
- Attend and follow up on court cases, hearings, and legal proceedings related to property matters when required.
- Build and maintain working relationships with registrar offices, legal clerks, government departments, and legal counsels.
- Ensure all government interactions, from municipal permissions to land title verifications, are handled effectively.
Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure all leasing transactions comply with RERA, local municipal laws, and zoning regulations.
- Support the business team by providing legal risk insights and ensuring statutory filings are completed on time.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory.
Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in legal liaisoning, documentation, or real estate law, preferably in a corporate leasing, IPC, or real estate advisory environment.
- Experience handling court procedures, municipal processes, and documentation in a real estate leasing or development firm is highly desirable.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients, lawyers, and government officials.
- Strong organizational skills for managing court dates, legal files, and documentation timelines.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and document control systems.
- Familiarity with land acquisition, title due diligence, and commercial leasing regulations.
- High degree of integrity, ownership, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of property laws, real estate regulations (incl. RERA), and leasing frameworks.
