Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary with minimum 1 year of experience. As part of our core team, you will work directly with the founder and gain practical exposure to diverse areas of corporate compliance and advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for companies and LLPs
- Prepare and maintain secretarial records, registers, and minutes
- Draft and review legal documents, resolutions, and agreements
- Assist in board meetings and general meetings, including notices and agendas
- Handle MCA filings, FEMA compliances, and FCRA-related work
- Conduct due diligence and secretarial audits
- Stay updated on corporate governance practices and regulatory changes
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders
- Participate in weekly internal knowledge sessions and discussions
Qualifications:
- Associate Member of ICSI (ACS)
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in corporate compliance and advisory
- Strong understanding of company law, FEMA, and corporate governance
- Confident in client interaction and independent decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
