About the Job Opportunity
We at PR Pundit Havas Red are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal & Finance Executive to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and legal compliance within a fast-paced PR agency environment. Location – Gurgaon.
Job Responsibilities:
Legal Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents.
-Coordinate with external legal advisors for contract vetting, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.
-Ensure the organization’s legal and contractual obligations are met, including regulatory filings and renewals.
-Maintain organized records of legal documents, agreements, and notices.
Finance Support: Support the finance team with invoice generation, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
-Monitor and ensure timely client billing and payment follow-ups.
-Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Eligibility & Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or related fields.
-2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a service-based organization or PR/Media/Advertising agency.
-Strong knowledge of contracts, legal compliance, and finance operations.
-Proficiency in MS Office, Tally or relevant financial software.
-Good understanding of tax and regulatory frameworks (GST, TDS, Companies Act, etc.).
