Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Title Searcher, located in Coimbatore. The Title Searcher will be responsible for conducting thorough title searches, analyzing property records, verifying deeds, reviewing the chain of title, and identifying any liens or encumbrances. Collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient title examinations will also be required, as well as supporting the escrow and closing processes when necessary.
Qualifications
Experience in conducting Title Searches and reviewing Chain of Title
Knowledge of Liens and their implications in property transactions
Ability to analyze and interpret Deeds and property records
Understanding of Escrow processes and their role in real estate transactions
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in real estate or title services is preferred
Proficiency in using title search software and tools is an advantage
