Role description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Associate to join the team at OIP Insurtech. In this role, youll provide essential legal and administrative support, manage key legal documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations globally. What You’ll Be Doing
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements (NDAs, business cooperation, service agreements, technology services, donations, etc.)
- Prepare and manage key corporate and labor law documents
- Provide daily legal support and guidance to different departments
- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with local and international regulations (including GDPR)
- Support the setup and operations of international offices
- Manage relationships with banks, authorities, law firms, and other external parties
- Keep the groups legal documentation, database, and archives up to date
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Law
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- In-depth understanding of the legal system and regulations of the respective country
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- High commitment to maintaining corporate privacy and ensuring the security of confidential information
- Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities
- Experience with corporate labor law, legal research, and writing is preferable
- Proficiency in the latest versions of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Tools
