Role Description
- Handle ESIC and PF activities including UAN generation & KYC updates.
- Manage Professional Tax challans and branch coordination for timely payment.
- Maintain records, documentation, and compliance under applicable labor laws.
- Coordination for benefits under various labor laws.
- Liaise with statutory authorities to ensure smooth compliance and relationships.
Qualifications
Knowledge of labour laws and (HR) legal compliance.
Excellent communication skills, coordination
Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Master’s degree in MBA/ MHRM/ MLW; relevant certifications are a plus
Experience of 6 to 24 months in HR operations, compliance, or related field is highly desirable
