About the Job Opportunity
The Kolkata Bench of NCLT is inviting applications for the post of Court Officer on a contractual basis. This role offers an opportunity to be part of the Tribunal’s administrative and case management functions. The engagement is initially for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support in court administration and case documentation.
- Manage online data and case records effectively.
- Operate and maintain online systems for case management.
- Assist in daily court proceedings and ensure system functionality.
- Coordinate with legal professionals and internal staff on court matters.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Graduate, preferably in Law, from a recognized university.
- Experience: Prior experience in administration and online data/system management is required.
- Preferred Experience:
- Prior work in Courts/Tribunals
- Legal knowledge and background
- Age Limit: Minimum 25 years as of the date of advertisement (19.05.2025)
Additional Perks
- Remuneration: ₹45,000/- per month (Consolidated)

- Eligible for casual leave on pro-rata basis
- Required to work beyond regular hours including weekends/holidays, if necessary
