Role: Legal Coordinator

About The Role
The Legal Coordinator will support the legal team in handling contracts, compliance, and documentation for an IT services organization. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates who are interested in building a career in legal coordination, corporate compliance, and contract administration. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company policies.
Roles And Responsibilities
Contract Management:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining service agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and client agreements.
- Support the tracking of contract lifecycles, renewals, and documentation compliance.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Assist the legal team in monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support audits and help maintain statutory and compliance-related records.
Legal Documentation
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Ensure legal files and databases are accurate, organized, and up to date.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations for legal requirements.
- Assist in liaising with external consultants or legal counsel when required.
- Facilitate document approvals and signature processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: B.A / BBA / L.L.B Graduates
Strong interest in legal coordination, corporate compliance, and contract management.
Basic understanding of business laws, contracts, and corporate processes (academic knowledge acceptable).
Good organizational and communication skills.
