Role Description for Executive
- Assist the advocates in preparing legal opinions, obtaining Encumbrance Certificates (EC), and managing related documentation. The ideal candidate should have good English reading, and typing skills, with knowledge of typewriting considered an added advantage.
- Support in compiling and reconciliation of GST clients in filing their GST returns and appeals.
- Maintain client databases, track deadlines, payments and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Field work including visits to Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs), Banks, Government Departments, and other institutions.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil – reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
- Typing knowledge preferred.
- Driving license (two-wheeler) is an added advantage for field assignments.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage pressure situations effectively.
Timings and Place of Posting
- 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Monday to Saturday

Salary
There will be a two-month probation-cum-training period, during which a stipend of ₹12,000 per month will be paid.
Upon successful completion of the training period and based on performance, the salary may be revised up to ₹15,000 per month.
Candidates found unsuitable during the probation period will not be continued thereafter.
