About the Job Opportunity
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate located in Indore. The Junior Advocate will be responsible for assisting in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing support in court proceedings. Additional tasks include client consultations, liaising with various stakeholders, and managing case files. The Junior Advocate will also support senior advocates in trial preparations and court appearances.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in Constitutional Law, Criminal Laws, Family Laws, Civil and Company Laws
- Experience in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in client consultations and stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required
- Membership with the Bar Council and valid license to practice law
