Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Lawyer with 1-2 years of experience to join our legal team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The Junior Lawyer will handle tasks such as preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal advice to support the organization’s operations. The role also involves assisting in dispute resolution and staying updated on healthcare laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of legal principles and experience with contract law and regulatory compliance
Skilled in legal research, documentation, and drafting
Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with healthcare law and sector-specific regulatory frameworks is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and valid enrollment with a Bar Council
