Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Labour Compliance Executive. The primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining accurate and timely statutory filings, liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders, and keeping up with changing labor law regulations. The role also involves maintaining compliance records, preparing reports, assisting with employee documentation, and conducting audits to eliminate compliance risks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory filings, and compliance management.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills to coordinate with both internal teams and external authorities.
- Proficiency in using compliance tracking systems or similar technology tools, and basic fluency in MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- A degree in B.Com/BBA etc
- Prior experience in labor compliance or a related domain is highly advantageous.
