About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced candidates with 2- 6 years of experience keen to pursue a career in Legal recruitment in Mumbai and Gurgaon. Ideal candidates will possess a strong personality, a positive outlook, and a willingness to challenge conventional norms with a sales mindset.
Job Description
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior roles
- Networking within the legal community (corporates and law firms)
- Build a robust MIS and Data Analytics of legal talent in India
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Scheduling interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
- Have deep understanding of legal landscape in India
Qualifications and Skills
- Ideal candidate should comes from Sales background
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
