We are currently seeking experienced candidates with 2- 6 years of experience keen to pursue a career in Legal recruitment in Mumbai and Gurgaon. Ideal candidates will possess a strong personality, a positive outlook, and a willingness to challenge conventional norms with a sales mindset.

Job Description

Managing end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior roles
Networking within the legal community (corporates and law firms)
Build a robust MIS and Data Analytics of legal talent in India
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Scheduling interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
Have deep understanding of legal landscape in India

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidate should comes from Sales background
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
