Role Description
As a Legal Consultant at XeroDebt, you will play a key role in facilitating debt settlement processes for our clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing legal advice and guidance related to debt settlement.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Negotiating directly with creditors to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
- Addressing legal disputes and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the settlement process.
- Assisting in the resolution of creditor-client disputes by providing expert legal support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (fresh law graduates are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of legal procedures, document preparation, and debt settlement processes.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with creditors.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment.
- Relevant certifications in financial law or debt settlement are a plus.
