Practice Area Experience: Corporate and M&A
PQE: 2 to 3 years with relevant experience in:
- handling and execution of M&A, JV, P/E, VC transactional work;
- corporate structuring and cross-border transactions;
- corporate advisory pertaining to general corporate, companies act, FEMA, SEBI related matters;
- contract drafting and negotiation.
