Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Jodhpur. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding and advising students on law entrance exam preparations, academics, and career options. They will conduct counseling sessions, provide individual support, facilitate workshops, and keep updated with the latest trends and requirements. The role also involves maintaining records of student progress and interacting with parents and guardians to discuss student development.
Qualifications
Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in student welfare and development
Proficiency in academic guidance, career counseling, and student development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct individual and group counseling sessions
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Knowledge of law entrance exams and the education sector is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred
