Role description
We are looking for passionate and dynamic CLAT Counselors to join our team. In this role, you will mentor and guide students, provide career counseling, and help them make the right academic decisions while ensuring enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel and guide students regarding CLAT & law entrance exams.
- Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and in person.
- Maintain records in CRM and Excel.
- Achieve enrollment targets through effective counseling and negotiation.
- Provide regular follow-ups and ensure excellent student experience.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in Counselling (education sector preferred)
✔ Knowledge of CRM & Excel
✔ Strong communication, sales & negotiation skills
✔ Self-motivated and result-driven individual
✔ Freshers & Experienced – Both welcome
