Role description
We are seeking a dynamic Client Service & Engagement Representative to manage and strengthen client relationships while driving engagement across the Strategic Intellectual Property (IP) Consulting and Commercial/Corporate Law practices of IIPRD (www.iiprd.com) and Khurana & Khurana (www.khuranaandkhurana.com).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and engagement across IP/Patent and Commercial/Corporate Law mandates.
- Represent the firm at national-level exhibitions, seminars, events, and conferences, actively networking to create opportunities and build strong business relationships.
- Provide informed advice and support to clients on IP and corporate legal matters in line with the firm’s focus areas.
- Manage client relationships end-to-end, ensuring high service standards and seamless delivery on mandates.
- Work independently on clearly defined assignments while collaborating directly with a Partner of the firm.
Desired Profile:
Educational/Professional Background: Prior exposure to IP or Legal matters with strong conceptual clarity of IP laws is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in client service, client representation, or a similar client-facing role.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Attributes: Self-motivated, mature, professional, and client-service oriented, with a humble and grounded personality.
Location: Position is based at our Mumbai and/or Pune office. Applicants should be currently based in Pune and/or Mumbai or be willing to relocate.
Work Style: Ability to work independently, take complete ownership of mandates, and deliver with accountability.
