Juristi Legal LLP is a dynamic, one-year-old law firm specializing in core litigation. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Core Litigation Advocate to join our growing team and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft high-quality legal documents, including writs, plaints, suits, complaints, written statements, evidence, rejoinders, statements of claim, and defence in arbitration matters.
- Represent clients effectively in district courts, high courts, the Supreme Court, tribunals, and appellate forums, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.
- Conduct thorough document vetting and in-depth legal research to support case strategies.
- Manage end-to-end litigation processes with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Excel in a time-sensitive environment, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining exceptional performance standards.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Education: Law degree from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of core litigation experience in Business, Civil, Commercial, Corporate, and Industrial Law.
- Skills:Exceptional drafting and legal research abilities.
- Strong courtroom presence and persuasive advocacy skills.
- In-depth knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, business, and industrial laws.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with clear and professional etiquette.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-centric approach.
- Ability to strategize, plan, and make swift, informed decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and a positive, solution-driven mindset.
- Commitment: Full-time availability for in-office work at Dabri Mod, Janakpuri.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Dabri Mod, West Delhi, or South West Delhi are preferred for ease of commute.
