Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Vetting Executive located in Jodhpur. The Legal Vetting Executive will be responsible for scrutinizing title documents, conducting legal research, preparing legal opinions, verifying original documents, and assisting in property registration processes. Additionally, the role involves working on conveyancing, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with property and banking laws.
Qualifications
Experience working with real estate developers, builders, or governmental registration processes is an advantage
Proficiency in Property Law and Conveyancing with knowledge of title deed registration and RERA regulations
Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Vetting of Original Documents
Ability to provide precise and accurate Legal Advice and opinions
Strong understanding of Law practices related to property, banking, and compliance
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher legal qualification
