Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate specializing in Title Search Report and Due Diligence. The position is based in Mumbai. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting title searches, performing due diligence, analyzing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role involves thorough research, legal analysis, and drafting detailed reports.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to analyze Legal Issues
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to perform thorough research and due diligence
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent is required
- Experience in title search and property due diligence is preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
