We’re looking to connect with experienced Fractional Corporate Lawyers who can provide trusted legal guidance across a range of areas — including contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and commercial strategy. This role is ideal for in-house lawyers, legal consultants, or former law firm associates who enjoy partnering directly with founders, operators, and cross-functional teams to deliver clear, practical legal advice in dynamic environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS contracts, vendor agreements)
- Advising on entity structuring, corporate governance, and board documentation
- Supporting fundraising rounds, cap table reviews, and investor due diligence
- Managing contract workflows and internal legal processes
- Advising on employment law, IP protection, and compliance best practices
- Coordinating with external counsel for specialized legal matters (e.g., international, M&A, data privacy)
- Assisting with regulatory filings and cross-border legal considerations
- Acting as a strategic partner on risk mitigation and legal frameworks for growth
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in commercial, corporate, and contract law
- Clear, practical communication skills with non-legal stakeholders
- Experience supporting startups, scale-ups, or service-based businesses
- Ability to manage multiple clients or workstreams independently
- Familiarity with U.S., UK, or international business law is a plus
- Prior experience in a fractional, consulting, or solo legal practice is highly valued.
