Role Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to support our legal and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will assist in reviewing contracts, managing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing the Agreements.
Negotiating on Agreements.
Documentation of Board Meetings
ROC related support
Audit supports
Maintaining the Legal files & documents.
Sending the agreements to Clients
Labour Law updates
Handling clients query on Labour laws
Writing Blogs and articles on legal subjects
Other works as assigned
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise
Education and Technical Proficiency:
Degree in Law – LLB / LLM
