About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking a litigation associate to join our team. Our firm’s practice areas encompass real estate litigation, commercial and corporate litigation, and employment disputes across various sectors. We represent clients before the High Court of Karnataka, Commercial Courts in Bengaluru, and the Civil Court in Bengaluru City.
A substantial number of our matters are filed outside Bengaluru City Jurisdiction, spanning jurisdictions such as Kolar, Anekal, Devanahalli, and others. This presents ample opportunities for professional growth and development. We warmly welcome fresh graduates and eagerly anticipate new entrants into litigation to embark on their journey with us.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Since our services extend beyond Bengaluru City jurisdiction, candidates must be willing to travel to Courts in Kolar, Anekal, and Devanahalli. The firm provides comprehensive transport arrangements for all associates travelling outside Bengaluru. All expenses incurred for conveyance within the City are reimbursed upon submission of a reimbursement claim.
- Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory, as most land documents subject to litigation outside Bengaluru Jurisdiction are in Kannada.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, but we would prefer that the candidate complete their provisional enrolment with the bar council prior to joining our firm.
- Retainer pay will be commensurate with the associate’s abilities.
- The role entails a three-month probation period. Candidates’ drafting aptitude will be assessed prior to recruitment with the firm.
