About the Job Opportunity
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer at Gautam Law Chambers located in Nokha Mandi. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. Daily tasks will also include liaising with clients, appearing before various legal forums, and providing legal advice. The role demands a strategic approach and attention to detail in handling complex legal issues.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Strong background in Criminal Laws, Civil Law, and Corporate Litigation
- Experience with Banking Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws
- Skills in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Excellent client liaison and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
- Experience in telecom sector advisory is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; additional qualifications are advantageous
