We are now looking for a Legal Specialist (Immigration Law) to join our New Delhi office and provide expert legal support throughout the immigration and citizenship process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional legal consultation and support to clients on immigration, residency, and citizenship matters.
- Handle legal issues related to residence permits, second citizenship, and investment immigration.
- Collect, review, and prepare all required client documentation in compliance with immigration law.
- Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external legal documents.
- Monitor changes in immigration and investment legislation to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with international colleagues and external legal partners to ensure smooth case handling.
- Represent company interests in communication with authorities and legal institutions, if required.
Requirements:
- Higher legal education (Law degree is mandatory).
- 2–5 years of professional experience in immigration law, corporate law, or related legal practice.
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with premium clients.
- Strong knowledge of Indian legal framework, with exposure to international immigration law as an advantage.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- High attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
