Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at Fibmold Packaging located in Vada. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining records, preparing agendas for meetings, and providing administrative support to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Legal and Compliance knowledge
- Experience in Corporate Governance
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Professional certification in Company Secretaryship preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
