About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to our legal team, assisting with legal research, document preparation, case management, and client communication. This role requires a strong understanding of legal procedures and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
In addition to providing traditional legal support, you will play a crucial role in facilitating compliance registrations and licenses under various regulatory frameworks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal and regulatory research related to Legal Metrology Acts, Environmental Laws, Bureau of National Standards, and Customs Laws.
- Prepare and process applications for compliance registrations and licenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and client communications.
- Manage case files and documentation for compliance and licensing matters.
- Assist in coordinating with regulatory bodies and clients.
- Track and manage deadlines for filings and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and related documentation.
- Assist legal manager with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 3-6 months of experience in a legal.
- Strong legal research and document preparation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Salary: Rs. 15000.00 – 22000.00 P M.
