We specialize in e-Stamp Paper procurement, legal drafting, and compliance services. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Law Graduate to join us.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Law Graduate who can assist in the legal consultations, drafting of legal notices, and various types of documents such as Agreements, Deeds, POA, along with providing support for trademark registration and FSSAI services. The ideal candidate should have strong legal drafting skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and send Documents and Legal Notices.
- Legal Consultation and assistance to the Clients.
- Prepare various legal documents with accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in Trademark Registration process including application filing, documentation, and follow-up.
- Provide support in FSSAI registration and licensing services.
- Conduct basic legal research for accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and case records for all assignments.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) – Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years’ experience are welcome.
- Should be registered under Bar Council.
- Good knowledge of drafting legal documents and understanding of legal procedures.
- Familiarity with Trademark and FSSAI processes will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
