About the Job Opportunity
DDA invites applications for the position of Young Professional (Legal) in the Legal Department. The appointment is on a purely contractual basis through walk-in interviews, with a possibility of extension based on performance and requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor court cases and render legal advice.
- Attach with Heads of Departments (HoDs) and Chief Engineers (CEs).
- Keep updated with recent legal judgments.
- Understand and navigate the legal system efficiently.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Law degree from a recognized university, entitling registration at the Bar and appearance before the court.
- Enrollment: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of any State/UT in India.
- Experience: Not required.
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on the closing date of the application.
Additional Perks
- Consolidated Remuneration: ₹50,000 per month.
- Contract Period: Initially for 1 year; extendable annually based on performance.
- Annual Increment: 5% of the base rate, subject to performance and recommendation by HoDs (maximum up to 1.25x of initial pay).
