Job Responsibilities:
- Legal Strategy and Advisory:
- Collaborate with Skill Lync business team to develop and lead implementation of legal strategy.
- Oversee and support the day-to-day operations and lead implementation of legal strategy for Skill Lync and Crio.do. Provide time-sensitive support on a wide array of legal inquiries in connection with all aspects of business and operations.
- Ensure day-to-day legal needs of all departments are adequately met.
- Risk Identification:
- Identify and consult on legal risks in connection with any external partnerships, regulatory, data security and privacy, intellectual property requirements and any other matters as needed.
- Agreements and Contracts:
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external counterparts on a variety of commercial agreements, including NBFC,
- B2B agreements, operations agreements, services agreements, partnerships, marketing agreements, etc.
- External Counsel Management and Litigation management:
- Liaise with specialist external counsel in relation to litigations and dispute matters of the Company.
- Overseeing secretarial compliances
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- BA. LLB. Hons/ LLB from a any university, Company Secretary preferred but not mandatory
- 5-8 years of experience as an in-house counsel along with experience contractual drafting and negotiations, Experience in dealing with and resolving litigation, including consumer litigations. Police matters, vendor escalations and disputes, dealing with statutory authority, handling inspections etc.
- High problem-solving skills and very good interpersonal and communication skills and solutions oriented.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to partner with business teams and form good working relationships
- Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams as needed.
