About the Job Opportunity
- Study the case files and drafting of plaints, WS, legal notices, etc. (for the court litigation department)
- Research the judgments/case laws using legal software such as Manupatra
- Handle day-to-day appearance in courts
- Assist the senior advocates in the chief examination, cross-examination, and arguments
- Work on land and property conveyancing
- Work on the preparation of title opinions, etc.
- Work on the drafting of documents relating to real estate transactions
Eligibility & Qualifications:
MS-Office, MS-Excel, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), Marathi Proficiency(Written), Marathi Proficiency(Spoken)
