About the Job Opportunity
This is a full-time on-site role for an In-House Counsel at our office located in Mohali district. The In-House Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, managing legal risks, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and representing the firm in legal proceedings. The role involves working closely with various departments to provide strategic legal guidance and support the firm’s objectives.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Strong legal knowledge, including contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents
- Ability to provide strategic legal counsel and support to various departments
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law
- Prior experience in a legal firm or corporate legal department is preferred
