Role description
Seeking a Mediation Executive for an Online Dispute Resolution Platform in Mumbai!
Job Responsibilities:
o Develop deep subject-matter expertise in ADR and ODR and act as an internal reference point for mediation-related matters.
o Track, analyse, and interpret evolving mediation frameworks, regulations, and best practices, translating them into actionable insights and internal guidelines.
o Conceptualise, lead, and deliver end-to-end mediation and ODR initiatives, including defining
success metrics, timelines, and impact.
o Oversee end-to-end mediation case lifecycles on the platform, ensuring quality, compliance,
timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
o Serve as the primary escalation and relationship owner for mediators and parties, ensuring
resolution of complex cases and high service standards.
o Partner with leadership to co-create and execute mediation strategies, institutional programs, and long-term roadmap initiatives.
o Own structured feedback loops, analyse trends, and drive platform, policy, and process
improvements in collaboration with product and operations teams.
o Build, scale, and manage strategic relationships with mediators, institutions, courts, and
ecosystem partners to expand the company’s mediation footprint.
o Refine empanelment standards, oversee mediator onboarding, training, performance evaluation,
and ongoing engagement frameworks.
o Act as a spokesperson and subject-matter representative for the company in mediation forums,
policy dialogues, and industry events.
Required Skills/Qualifications
o 2+ years of legal experience, exposure to ADR/ODR and mediation is a big plus
o LLB graduate
o Excellent drafting, written, and verbal communication skills
o Advanced proficiency in word processing software (like MS Word/Excel)
