Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Venture Partner at BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, based in Delhi, India. The Venture Partner will focus on managing investment opportunities, conducting detailed due diligence, and overseeing portfolio management. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential investments, providing strategic input for financial growth, working closely with portfolio companies, and supporting angel investing initiatives. The Venture Partner will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with clients’ goals and successful execution of business strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Experience in Investments, Angel Investing, and analyzing market opportunities
Strong skills in Portfolio Management and Finance, with the ability to maximize client value and returns
Proficiency in conducting comprehensive Due Diligence to assess investment risks and opportunities
Sound understanding of legal and financial principles within business and investments
Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
Relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance is a plus
