Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kothrud, Pune for an Articled Assistant/Management Trainee. The role primarily involves assisting with corporate law procedures, compliance management, corporate structuring, and strategic advisory services. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in the fields of corporate governance, foreign exchange laws, and business management. The position offers valuable exposure to a diverse array of legal and business development functions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Corporate Law, Foreign Exchange Law, Contract Law, ADR and allied laws.
- Skills in research, compliance management, and corporate governance.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive approach to learning and professional development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related software tools.
- Enrolment as a student with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or a similar certification is preferred.
Salary/ Stipend
INR 6,000 – INR 12,000 depending on skills and knowledge
